How do I replace the pivot bar in my Harvey window?
What is the moisture between the glass?
Moist air can fill the space between the panes of glass when the seals along the outer perimeter of glass fail. This is called "seal failure". Learn more about why moisture gets between the glass and what to do about it?
How can I install an air conditioner in my Harvey vinyl windows?
You cannot rest the air conditioner directly on the vinyl sill.
We suggest you put a 2 x 4 into the sill track that measures 1" or 2" higher than the sill so the air conditioner can rest on it or ask your contractor to use our A/C Sill Adaptor. Perfectly suited for A/C installations.
How do I remove my window screens?
How long do I have to finish my wood windows (Majesty Wood Windows)?

What do I clean my Harvey windows with?

Why aren't my storm windows ENERGY STAR® qualified?
Storm windows, window films and interior doors are not eligible for ENERGY STAR® at this time.
